To register and maintain an Account on sip9, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout the life of your Account:

Any attempt to circumvent the 21+ age requirement — including the use of a false identity, a borrowed identity document, or a third party's account — constitutes fraud and will be reported to relevant authorities. All winnings accrued on an underage account are void and non-withdrawable.
3.1 Single Account Policy: Each Player may hold only one active Account at any time. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, telephone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds. Real-money Funds in excess of any bonus-related gains will be returned to the original deposit source.
3.2 Accuracy of Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your Account and must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. sip9 accepts no liability for losses or delays arising from inaccurate registration information, including incorrect bank account numbers provided for withdrawal purposes.
3.3 Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. You must notify sip9 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. sip9 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized Account use where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security practices.
3.4 Account Currency: All Accounts on sip9 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion is required or applied for transactions via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata) or Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).
4.1 sip9 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests and for any account where cumulative deposits exceed a defined threshold. This process — commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) — is a standard anti-money-laundering and fraud-prevention measure.
4.2 Required Documents: To complete KYC verification, Players will be asked to provide the following:

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods: sip9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp):

5.5 Withdrawal Account Matching: Withdrawals will only be processed to the same account or e-wallet from which the corresponding deposit was made. sip9 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposits on the same Account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect Players from unauthorized withdrawal requests.
5.6 Right to Withhold Withdrawals: sip9 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) the Account is under investigation for fraud, collusion, or bonus abuse; (c) a chargeback or dispute has been filed against the Account; or (d) sip9 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the funds are the proceeds of illegal activity.
5.7 Unclaimed Funds: Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, bet placement, or withdrawal) for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. A monthly administrative fee of Rp 25.000 may be applied to dormant Account balances until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated by the Player.
6.1 General Bonus Terms: All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by sip9 are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time of claiming, as well as these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
6.2 Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are not immediately withdrawable. Before any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn, the Player must complete a wagering requirement — typically expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rp 100.000 bonus means the Player must place Rp 1.000.000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted). 6.3 Qualifying Games and Markets: Not all games or betting markets contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, sports betting markets contribute 100% of the stake value, while certain casino games contribute a lower percentage. Live dealer table games may contribute at a reduced rate or be excluded entirely. The contribution rates applicable to each game category are published in the promotion-specific terms.
6.4 Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the time period specified in the relevant promotion will automatically expire and be removed from the Player's Account. No extensions will be granted except at sip9's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
6.5 One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion, Players may hold only one active bonus at a time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses is prohibited and may result in all associated Bonus Funds being forfeited.
6.6 Bonus Abuse: sip9 employs sophisticated detection systems to identify patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering exclusively on low-risk outcomes to fulfil requirements, coordinated play across multiple accounts, and systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, sip9 reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from bonus play, and close the Account concerned.
Promotional Seasons: sip9 runs enhanced promotional campaigns during major Indonesian cultural and sporting events, including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri / Lebaran, Idul Adha, BRI Liga 1 season openers, the AFF Cup, and FIFA World Cup qualifying campaigns. 7.1 Bet Acceptance: All bets placed on the sip9 Platform are subject to acceptance by sip9 at its sole discretion. sip9 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at any time without providing a reason. This includes but is not limited to bets placed after an event has concluded, bets placed on markets with manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical error, and bets placed in excess of the maximum stake limit applicable to a given market.
7.2 Palpable Errors: Where odds or other bet terms have been published in error — including typographical errors, feed errors, or software malfunctions — sip9 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. This includes situations where odds for a given market deviate significantly from prevailing market rates at the time the bet was accepted.
7.3 Live Betting: In-play (live) betting markets are subject to additional terms. Prices update in real time, and there may be brief intervals during which betting is suspended (typically during goal kicks, VAR reviews, or penalty situations). Bets placed during suspended intervals may be voided at sip9's discretion. The outcome of live bets is determined by the official result at full time (or at the end of the relevant period), unless specific settlement rules for that market state otherwise.
7.4 Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combine multiple selections into a single bet. All individual selections must win for the accumulator to return a positive result. If any single selection is void (due to match postponement, palpable error, or other reasons), the voided selection is typically removed from the accumulator and odds are recalculated accordingly. Specific mix parlay rules are published in the sportsbook section of the Platform.
7.5 Togel Draws: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results are sourced from official and publicly verifiable draw outputs. sip9 publishes draw results in real time. Any dispute regarding a togel draw result must be raised with sip9 support within 24 hours of the draw taking place. Claims raised after this window will not be considered.
7.6 Maximum Winnings: sip9 applies maximum winnings limits per bet and per day across all products. These limits are published in the relevant product sections of the Platform and may be updated periodically. Winnings exceeding the applicable cap will be paid at the cap amount; the excess will not be paid.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sip9 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, the forfeiture of all Funds and Bonus Funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:
9.1 All content on the sip9 Platform — including but not limited to the sip9 logo, brand name, website design, graphics, text, software, databases, odds data, and game content — is the exclusive property of sip9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content; scrape or systematically extract odds or game data; create derivative works based on Platform content; or reverse-engineer any Platform software.
9.3 Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is subject to the studio's own licensing terms in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
10.1 Service Availability: sip9 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party payment processor outages, and Force Majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. sip9 will not be liable for losses — including missed betting opportunities — arising from Platform unavailability.
10.2 Technical Failures: In the event of a technical failure that affects the integrity of a game or betting market — such as a disconnection during a live casino session or a data feed failure during a live sports market — sip9 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the affected session and determine a fair outcome. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected bet or game round may be voided and the stake returned.
10.3 Cap on Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sip9's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the Player's use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of Funds deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 No Liability for Third-Party Content: sip9 is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or quality of game content provided by third-party studios. Any disputes relating specifically to game fairness must be raised directly with the relevant studio through sip9 support as an intermediary.
10.5 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless sip9, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Platform in violation of applicable law, or any fraudulent or abusive conduct on your part.

12.1 Termination by the Player: You may close your Account at any time by contacting sip9 support. Upon closure, any real-money Funds remaining in your Account (net of any active bonus balances subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of KYC if not already verified.
12.2 Termination by sip9: sip9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) sip9 is required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority; (c) sip9 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or match fixing; or (d) the Player has been abusive toward sip9 staff.
12.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination for cause, sip9 may withhold all Funds pending investigation. Where an investigation confirms a material breach by the Player, sip9 may forfeit some or all Funds as permitted by applicable law. The Player will be notified of the outcome in writing via their registered email address.
13.1 sip9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice posted prominently on the Platform homepage and/or by email to the address registered on the Player's Account, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the changes take effect.
13.3 The current version of these Terms, together with the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page, supersedes all previous versions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sip9 is registered and operates, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
14.2 Informal Resolution: In the event of any dispute between you and sip9 arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact sip9 support in writing to attempt informal resolution. sip9 will respond to all formal written complaints within 10 business days (WIB).
14.3 Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution is unsuccessful within 30 days of the initial written complaint, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration conducted in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator determines that the losing party's position was unreasonable, in which case costs may be awarded against that party.
14.4 No Class Actions: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against sip9.
